Our fitness salon is owned and operated by a husband and wife team with the desire and ability to make every member special. We strive constantly to keep our salon a fun, comfortable place where socializing is not only allowed it is encouraged! No feelings of 30 minutes and it's time to leave. We believe that a freindly conversation with other members is good emotional "exercise".
